· One-Number Service - Users receive incoming calls and faxes on a personal single local phone number. When callers dial the user, they reach a "virtual attendant", typically a voice recording that greets them, attempts to locate the user, and if necessary, guides them through the system to leave a message.
· Find Me/Follow Me - Users specify the phone numbers of other locations (typically cellular, pager, work and home numbers) at which the service will ring to locate them for incoming calls
· Call Screening- This feature is like having a personal assistant who answers your calls and finds out who is calling. While the caller is placed on hold listening to your recorded greeting, the system calls out to your specified Find Me/Follow Me numbers. You will hear the name of the person calling and can choose to accept the call or not. If you choose not to accept the call, the system will state that you are unavailable and allow them to leave a voice message.
· Email Delivery - Users will receive an audio .wav file of each message received delivered directly to their email address.
· Auto Call Return - Caller ID (when available) is associated with every message left on the system making it possible to automatically return the call using a single key stroke.
· Call Control -Unlike other messaging systems, when you are connected to a caller you retain complete control of the phone call. You can place the caller on hold, put them back into voice mail to leave a message, "Tap Record" the conversation or place them into a conference.
· Tap Record - With the "Tap" of a button, any conversation on the system can be recorded and delivered to you.
· Auto Attendant - This service can be used standalone or as an elaborate answering service to be used after hours, at lunchtime or for call overflow. You decide how many extensions you need and which features are needed for each one. Users reaching your Auto Attendant can either choose from a list of available extensions or dial by name.
· Never Busy eFax - This service can receive multiple faxes simultaneously and deliver more legible documents directly to your email inbox. No more paper or toner cartridges to buy. Keep your existing fax number for use in sending faxes (just forward the number to your Never Busy Fax number to handle all your incoming faxes).
· Ad Tracker - This service was created to help advertisers and business owners track their return on investment for specific advertisements (e.g. Yellow Page ads). Use a separate Ad Tracker number in each Ad to help determine which ones are working. Each number will track the time, date and duration of each call.
