We provide you with one or more phone numbers that you use as your own. Callers who dial the number will hear your greeting and be able to leave a message or connect to you at your home, cell or office number, depending on the service you order. You don’t have to deal with the phone company or purchase a home or business line to have a local phone number that people can use to reach you.
Used with Existing Phone Lines
Utilizing the “Call Forward/Busy-no-Answer” feature available from the phone company, all unanswered or busy call to your business and/or home can be automatically forwarded to your voicemail number. You will need to provide how many rings you want to wait before forwarding unanswered calls, and the phone number to which calls will be forwarded (your voicemail number).
Using the “Call Forward/Variable” feature available from the phone company, you can manually forward calls into your voicemail system. This allows you to use your voicemail as and Auto Attendant when needed—it could be all the time; or only after hours, on weekends or when you are out of the office. That’s the beauty of the system—it can be utilized in whatever manner works best for you and your business without having to purchase expensive phone equipment.
